The water is perfectly slow. Not stopped in time, but not evaporating in the light of a too-long exposure… but slow. Perfect shutter speed.
I detect tone-mapping of some sort in your other images, but at times it’s quite subtle. I’m not even sure whether you’re using it here or not. If so it’s cleverly done, if not it’s an amazing exposure.
What a beautiful scene, I really like your choice for a slow shutter speed to have that lovely milky effect on the water ! Very well done.
